This short guide helps you gather the product details and materials QuillCrate uses to shape marketplace-ready listing work. When you are ready, bring everything into the existing Create My Listing intake.

A SIMPLE PREP LIST

Five minutes of context can make the brief work harder.

Use the steps below as a checklist. You do not need an account or payment to begin the request.

    Start with the product basics

    Have a product name ready, then write a clear brief that gives the listing enough context to do useful work.

    • What the product is and what it does
    • Who the product is for
    • What makes it different
    • The details the listing should make clear

  2. 02

    Choose the marketplace

    Know where you plan to use the listing. The intake currently offers five marketplace choices:

    • Etsy
    • Shopify
    • Amazon
    • Walmart Marketplace
    • Other

  3. 03

    Gather useful product materials

    Prepare one to five relevant files that help explain or show the product. Photos and product information are useful examples of materials the current upload field can receive.

    • Accepted formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, or CSV
    • Images must be 20 MB or less each
    • Documents must be 50 MB or less each
    • The intake accepts at least one and at most five files

  4. 04

    Have your contact details and notes ready

    The intake asks for your name and email so QuillCrate can associate the request with you. Optional notes can add timing, context, or specific details that do not fit in the product brief.

    • Seller name
    • Email address
    • Optional timing or project notes
